Symonds Inn London Gentleman Severally make Oath and Say And fint
the said John Hill< no role > four himself Saith that the Dept John Batchelouis how in
Yorkshire but this Deponent is informed and believes he will be in Town very Soon
when this Deponent hopes he shall be able to Surrender him in his
Discharge and this Deponent further Saith the other Defendants
William Pierce< no role > and Catherine Drummond< no role > do was Surete themselves
So that this Deponent cannot as yet possible (the he has used his utmost
Endeasours) come at them or discover where they are but hopes he
shall be able very Soon and for which purpose he will take all
proper Mother And this Deponent Robert Want< no role > for himself
Saith that yesterday he personally Served Henry David< no role > and Hugh
Thorpe the Parties at Whose Suit the two Bills are found agt. the
Defendants with a Notice in writing purporting that this Court would
be moved to Day that the proceedings on the Bills found in there
might be respited over untill the next General Quarter Sessions
