Hearing of the said Matter between the said Master & his said apprentice
and Examination of Several Witnesses upon Oath as well on the behalf
of the said Master as of the said Apprentice It appeared to this Court that
the said John Peter< no role > Vierne had not inshucted his said apprentice.
in his said Trade of a Cabinett maker and had not found & provided
for his said Apprentice Sufficient & necessary provisions It is thought
fitt & ordered by this Court that the said John Barrett< no role > the said
Apprentice be & he is hereby absolutely discharged four his sd Indenture
of Apprenticehood to the said John Peter< no role > Vierne And Wee whose
hands & Seals are hereunto sett being four of his Majties Justices of
the peace for the said Liberty (one of us being of the Quorum) present
at the said Sessions have pronounced & declared and do pronounce &
declare that for the reasons aforesd we have discharged & do accordingly
discharge the said John Barrett< no role > of & from his Apprenticehood to
the said John Peter< no role > Viorne & of & from the said Service of the said
John Peter< no role > Vierne accordingly Dated under our hands & Seals the
Tenth day of July in the Year of our Lord 1742
