Justices of our said Lord the King at the next Genr. Quarter Session of the Peace to be
holden for the Liberty aforesad. in the County aforesd. ly whom the Truth of the Matter
may be the better known and who are of no Affinity to the said Thos. Clamey< no role >
to Recognize upon their Oath whether the sd. Thomas Claurey< no role > be Guilty of
the Trespass and Assault aforesd. or not because as well the sd. Peter Forbes< no role > who
prosacuteth for our sd. Lord the King as the said Thomas Claney< no role > have put themselves
upon that Jury At which sd. next Genl. Quarter Session of the Peace to wit at
the Gen . Quarter Session of the Peace of our said Lord the King holden for the Liberty
afsd. in the County aforesaid on Thursday the Fourth Day of January in the said
Twelfth Year of the Reign of our said Lord the King before Nathaniel Blackerly< no role >
Esqr . So Edwd. Hall< no role > Knt. Thomas Lidiard< no role > a Thomas Detial< no role > Esqr . & of hers their Fellows
Justices of our Sd. Lord the King assigned to keep the Peace for the Liberty afsd. in the County
afsd. and also to hear and determine divers Felony Trespassed and other Misdeeds comitted in
the sd. Liberty Come at wole the said Peter Forbes< no role > who Psecuteth for our said Lord the
King as the said Thomas Clancey< no role > in their own Psons And the Jacobs of the said
July by David Patten< no role > Esqr . Bayliff of the Liberty aforesd. in the County afsd. to this
