and Saith that the above named David Davis< no role > is now a
prisoner Confined in his Majesties Goal of Newgate
and that this Deponent Saw him there this day and
got the Certificate hereto annexed from one of the
Clerks of the Said Goal: and this Depont. further
Saith that he Saw the above named James Chapman< no role > the
prosecutor duly Sign Seal and deliver the Release
hereto annexedto theuse of the Said Davis and this
Dept. Subscribed his Name as a Witness thereunto
