Westminster in the County of Middlesex Goldsmith Maketh
Oath That he hath not in his own Name and that no persons in
Trust for him hath Ten Pounds by the year of Freehold or Cary
-hold Lands or Tenements or of Lands or Tenements of Ancient
Demesn or in Rents in the said County of Middlesex in Fee
Simple Fee Tail or for the Life of him this Depont. or the
Life of any other person and This Depont. further saith
on his Oath That he hath not any Leasehold Estate in
Possession in Lane in the said County of Middlesex in his own
Right for the absolute Term of Five Hundred years or for
Ninety Nine years or any other Term Determinable on One or
More Life or Lives of the Yearly Value of Twenty Pounds ove [..]
and above the Reserved Rent payable thereout and His Dept.
farther Saith That he is not Possessed of or in any wise Entitled
Unto any Lease hold Estate within the said County of Middlesex the
Improved Rent whereof Amounts to the yearly Value of Fifty Pounds
Over and above the Ground Rent or other Reservation payable by
Virtue of Such Lean.
