We whose Names are hereunto subscribed two of the present
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. James Westmr. Do hereby
Consent That the Recognizance wherein one John Edwards< no role > was
bound before Oliver Lambart< no role > Esqr . one of his Majesties Justices of
the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westmr. to appear at this present
General Quarter Sessions to held for the said City and Liberty To
Answer the Complaint of the Church wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish for Unlawfully Begetting a Female Bastard Child
on the body of Mary Collenridge< no role > Singlewoman lately born in the
said Parish and which was Chargeable thereto May be Discharge
Security being given to Indemnifie the said Parish of Sr. James Dated
this 13th. day of April 1737.
