to Sir Richard Grosvenor< no role > one of the prosecutors in
this Cause and the other Notice Wth. the said Housekeeper
for Mr. Percival belonging to the said Sr. Richard
being the other Prosecutor this Cause, Wch said Notices
purports that the Deft intends to plead Guilty to
the two indictments they have preferred agt her
for an Assault at the Sessions held at Westmr. Hall
and Shield there appear on tuesday the Fourtenth day
of this instant Septembr. by ten of the Clock in the
forenoon being the adjournamt. day for the Generall
Quarter Sessions held at Westmr. Hall Dated the
