to two persons to Empty the same, in doing of which Some Small

because he kept the house was boun dover and now Stands
Indicted, altho he gave no direccons for the Emplying the

Vault, neither was he any way aiding or assaulting therein
and Your Petr. being a poor Ignorant man & having a
Wife
& four Small Children in neither Capable nor
Willing to Contest the Sd Indictmt. but Chuses either to
Submitt himself to the Mercy of this Court
Which in Consideracon of his Poverty & Ignorance
he humbly hopes to receive.
