Submitted to this Court and that [..] allowance ought to be
made to Edward Wilson< no role > for his tr [..] for attending drawing &
ingrossing the said Report of the said Referrees, And upon
reading of the said Report and debate & consideracon had
of the same, This Court was of the opinion and came to the
Sevrall resolucons following that is to say, As to the said
Sume of thirty two Pounds tenn Shillings & four pence certified
to be due to the Said James Stedman< no role > for Carpenters Work included in the
Said Estimate and the Sume of Eleven Pounds [..] in the said Estimate
be due to the said Thomas [..]
This Court was of the Opinion that the Said Monys ought to be
forthwith paid to the Said James Stedman< no role > and Thomas Burt< no role > by
the Treasurer of the Monys raised and Collected & to be raised &
collected for the repairs of the Said house of Correccon , & doth order
the Same accordingly And as to the Sume of two & twenty Pounds
thirteen Shillings & eleven Pence half Penny menconed in the Said
report to be claimed by the Said James Stedman< no role > & Thomas Burt< no role >
to be due to them for other repairs work & materialls done & provided
for the Said House of Correccon not contained in the Said Estimate
This Court doth [..] think fitt at Present to allow of the Same, it
being [..] the Order & direccon of this Court And it is
further Ordered by his Court that the Said Thomas Richardson< no role > be
allowed the Sume of two Guineas for his attendance & trouble in
Surveying and Measureing the Said work & repairs & examineing the
Said Workmens bills by order of the Said Referrees, & that the Said
Edward Wilson< no role > be allowed for his trouble for attending the Said
Referrees and drawing and ingrossing the Said Report the Sume of
one Guinea, which is to be Paid them by the Said Treasurer all
which Said Several resolucons were Ordered to be ratified & confirmed
by this Court and the Same are hereby ratified & confirmed
accordingly.
