aforesaid, and chargedupon the Oathof

for profanely Swearingand Cursing
three times on the fifth Day of September
last, and was thereof Convicted upon theOathof Margaret
Sharp aforesaid, and paid three Shillings for ye
use of ye poor of ye parish of St Margaret Westminster
where ye sd Offence was committed
pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this third Day of October Annoq; Dom. 17 22
