Quarter Session of the Peace held for the City & Liberty of Westmr.
aforesaid.

Memorandum, That on the 14th Day of July
last, William Baily< no role > Hosier was brought
before me one of His Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace in and for the
County & City & Liberty aforesaid, and chargedupon the Oathof
for profanely Swearingand Cursing
two times on the Sd 14th Day of July in my hearing
last, and was thereof Convicted upon theOathof the offence
aforesaid, and paid fours Shillings to ye use
of ye poor of ye parish of St Margaret Westminster
where ye sd Offence was committed

pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this third Day of October Annoq; Dom. 17 22
