Pursuant to the Order of Refenence hereunto annexed Wee Thomas Colthurst< no role >
Thomas Roteler, Gustavus Sheldon< no role > and Nathaniel Blackerby< no role > Esqr . four of his
Maties. Justices of the peace for the City and Libty of Westmr ; named in the said
Order do hereby certifie that wee have carefully received the house of Correccon
at Cathill fields in and for this City and Libty and taken a particular account
of what repairs are necessary and wanting to be done in and about the some
and have had the Assistance of an able Workman there upon and made an
estimate of the charges of such repairs which are as followeth.

And first according as is menconed in a former Report dated the eighteen
day of May last Signed by us Thomas Colthurst< no role > , Nathaniel Blacker< no role > by a
Gustavus Sheldon< no role > Esqrs . upon a view then had taken at the said House of
Correccon pursuant to an Order made at the General Quarter Session of the
peace held for this City and Libty the twentieth day of April last Wee said that all
the Roose of the dwelling house and of the long Room over and adjoining to the
Gateway there is very much out of repair and must be new ripped and that
the Rasters Plates and leaden Gutters belonging to the same are very defective
and ought to be made good and Woo compute said Cileing so to be new ripped
to amount to Seven and twenty Square and that the same ought to be done
with good Tilet and large Oaken Oath and good nailein the most durable manner
and that the Tileing over several of the Wards and outhouses there is alsoon
of repair and the Chinneys of the said dwelling house and outhouse and
other Brickwork there are defective and that there wants Plaistering Fenel [..]
and paleing belonging to the said House of Correccon to be repair demended
and made good with other defects and necessary repairs of Carpenters and
Backlayers Work to be done there and Wee compute the charge thereof to [..]
amount to Sixty pounds to make good the said Defects with other incident
charges.60:0:0

And further upon this our Review (over and above the said
defects and want of repairs as abovementioned) We said
that the Ceiling and floor of the said long Room is lately
rush and fallen in (which is not contained in the said
former Report) and wee compute that the charge to
repair and make the same good will amount to}

Woo also find that when the Roofe and wall of the said Dwelling house was
ripped in Order to be now Tiled the said Roofe proved to be very defective and were
then was expected whereupon the Workman were obliged to take down most part
of the said Roofe and wee compute the additional charge thereof to amount to the
