Memoran: That on ye 23d day of March last
David Porterit< no role > of St Martins in the Fields Fan
Painter was charged & convicted before me one of his
Majesty's Justices of ye Peace for ye sd City & Liberty
for prophanely Swearing one oath on ye Same day
on ye oath of John Baron< no role > & paid two Shillings for
ye same for ye use of ye Poor of ye Parish of St Martins
in ye Fields where ye sd offence was committed pursuant
to ye act in that Case made & provided, All which
I do hereby Certifye according to ye direcon of ye sd
Act. Given under my hand this 20th day of April
