And was thereof Convicted on
the Oath of the sd.

Confess and acknowledge to me that he was Drunk all
the time of the sweareing the sd. Oaths as aforesd. for wth
sd. several offences he the sd.
John Cantrill< no role >
did pay the
[..] of few shillings for Soe Sweareing and
Five Shilling for being drunk at aforesd. to the Use
of the poore of the parrish of St Margarets Westmr
psuant to the Statutes in such Cases made and provided;
All which I doe hereby Certify According to the sd.
