To His Majesty's Justices of the Peace assembled in their General
Quarter Session of the Peace held for the
aforesaid.

Memorandum. That on the 26th Day of December
last, John Poney Common Soldier was brought
before me one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
County & City & Liberty aforesaid, and charged upon the Oath of
Morrice Bean< no role > Overseer for profanely Swearing [..]
two times on the sd 26th Day of December
last, and was thereof Convicted upon the Oath of Morrice
Bean aforesaid, and & paid two Shillings for ye
use of ye poor of the parish of St Margaret Westmr.
whereof ye. sd. offence was committed

pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the Said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this Seventh Day of January Annoq; Dom. 17 19.
