We have appointed The Reverend Mr. Marshall
receiver in the Room of the late Mr. Freeman of
the Hospital
Estates in Cambridgeshire
and such part
thereof in Essex
as was in the Receipt of the late Mr.
Freeman to be allowed £5 Percent upon the gross Rents
which he shall Receiver he giving to the Treasurer
Security for his fiddity to the amount of £500
Town Tenants to pay
their rents half yearly
Etc.
We have ordered that all the Tenants of the Hospital
Estates in Town do in future pay their Rents half Yearly
within two Months after Lady Day and Michaelmas
at the Counting House of the Hospital
and that
Notice be given to them from time to time thereof
Also that the Rents of the Estates in the Country be
paid within Six Months after they become due and that
all Arrears of more than four Quarters of the Estates on
Town and first Quarters of those in the County be reported
to the Committee.
