(the Treasurer) and Mr. Rickett not agreeeing he proposed a
reference on the Part of the Hospital to Arbitcation to which
Mr. Rickett consenting bonds had been executed by the Treasurer
on behalf of the Hospital and by Mr. Rickett referring the several
matters in question to Mr. William Black< no role > of Epping and Mr.
John Goodwin< no role > of Harlow who made their Award dated the 31st.
of May last (and which was read to us) whereby they awarded that
a Lease should be granted by the Hospital to said Mr. Rickett
of the above farm called The Church farm which is to consist of
the several Parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule thereunder
written at the rent and upon the terms therein mentioned WE.
have accordingly agreed to grant to Mr. Rickett such Lease.

And in consequence of the above Award we have been
enabled to agree and accordingly have agreed to grant a Lease to
Mr. Robert Stockeld< no role > of the two farms called Taylferes & Sumners
farms also Part of the above Parndon estate which in consequence
of the additions which have been made thereto from the above
Church farm consists of 202a. -2p for a term of 21 Years from
Michaelmas last at a rent of £150 Pr. Annum clear of the
Land tax and all other taxes and outgoings Mr. Stockeld to expend
within the first two years of the term not less than £200 in
repairing the farm house upon Taylfere's farm being allowed the old
materials of the Present house upon Sumner's farm and the Oaks
which have been fallen by the direction of the Hospital Agent for
the Purpose of such repair Mr. Stocked to insure the buildings to
the satisfaction of the Hospital Agent and to be subject to such
