and all other taxes and Outgoings, Mr. Beton to expend
£150 at least in Repairs and to insure at £

We have approved and confirmed on Agreement entered
into by Mr. Way one of the Governors of this Hospital on
behalf thereof with the Committee of the Grand Junction
Canal Company to abide by the Valuation of John
Woodcock

Lands to be purchased for making such Canal and to
accept without further delay or reference to a Jury the
Sum at which the Lands in certain Common fields in
Hillingdon belonging to the Hospital in the occupation of
Thomas Perryman< no role > taken or to be taken for the use of the
Canal its Wharfs or Towing Paths shall be valued and
to execute a Conveyance of such Lands when required
agreeably to the terms in the Printed Proposal Preceeding
such Agreement the Quantity of which Land to be
