satisfaction of the Hospital Surveyor and to insure at £800
Mr. Edis (who is a Butcher ) not to Slaughter any Cattle
upon the Premises.

To Stephen Streater< no role >


To Mr. Stephen Streater< no role > of Clay Tye Farm in Essex
in his own occupation (held by him under a Lease to
Thomas Brown< no role > for 21 years which will expire at
Michaelmas 1792) for a term of 21 years from that
time at a Rent of £140 per Annum clear of the
Landtax and all other taxes and deductions provided
Mr. Streater or one of his Sons shall so long continue to
occupy the same Mr. Streater to repair and keep in
repair during the term to the satisfaction of the Hospital
Agent for the time being and to insure the buildings at
such a Sum as he shall deem proper.

Purchase of Mr. Wood
of copy hold land at
Parndon.

We have purchased of Mr. Wood two Pieces of
Copy hold Land containing about 2 acres each lying at
Parndon in Essex continguous to the Hospital Estate which
appeared to us a desireable Purchase for the Hospital for
the Sum of £160.

Gratuity to Mr.
Whitfield.


We have allowed Mr. Whitfield the Apothecary
a Gratuity of £50 for his extraordinary Services for
the last year.
