at present three small Tenements stand late in Lease
to Ann Seagood< no role > for a term of 51 years from Christmas
1785 at a rent of £3..10.. P Annm. clear of the Landtax
and all other deductions Mr. Williams to erect.
within the first two years of the term three
Houses to cover the whole of the Ground and to
expend therein at least £250. and to insure at
£300. The houses to be set at least 18 inches further
back from the front of the Street than the houses
in Lease to Mrs. Roberts (at the West end of
these premises) under the direction of the Hospital
Surveyor.

at Michaelmas 1785) a Lease thereof for a further
Term of 21 years from that time at a rent of £13..
P Annum Mr. Cole paying the Wallscott and all
other outgoings.
