Leases.
To. Mr. Robt. Mangles< no role >


To Mr. Robert Mangles< no role > of three Houses
on the South side of Wapping High Street
being the 1st. 2d. 3d Houses Westward from
Mr. Camden's Sugar House held by Mr.
Mangles under two Leases from the Hospital
to Michael James< no role > the Lease of the 1st. & 2d.
Houses having 11 years unexpired at Michas
1784 and the Lease of the 3d. House being expired
for 21 years from Lady day 1785 at a rent of
£46.. P Annm. clear of the Landtax and all
other taxes and deductions Mr. Mangles to
keep them in repair during the term and
to insure them at £1200.. The unexpired
Lease upon the grant of the above Lease to
be surrendered.

To Jas. Hayward< no role >


To James Hayward< no role > of four houses in Fleet Lane late
in Lease to Mr. Michael Fisher< no role > which will expire at
Michaelmas 1784 at a rent of £13.. P Annm.
for a term of 21 years from that time at a Rent of
£30. P Annum clear of the Land tax and all
other deductions Mr. Hayward to expend £120..
in repairs in the first two years and to keep the
premises in repair during the Term and to insure
at £700..
