management of the affairs of this Hospital do report out
Proceedings therein since the last Annual General Court
held the 30th. day of July 1783.

We have granted Leases to the following persons, Vizt.

Leases
To. Mr. Wm. Tagell< no role >


To. Mr. William Tagell< no role > of Harlow in Essex a
Lease of the Farm at Great Parndon at present
in the occupation of William Baynham< no role > together
with a small Coppice at present part of the Cock
farm containing two roods and thirty two perches
for a term of 21 years from Michaelmas 1783 at a
rent of £40. P Annum clear of the Landtax and
all other taxes and deductions Mr. Fagell to be
allowed the first years rent in consideration of the
bad state of the Land and the Hospital to put the
buildings into repair under the inspection of the
Hospital Agent and Mr. Fagell to Keep them so during
the term.

To Mr. Thos. Jackson< no role >


To Mr. Thomas Jackson< no role > of Great Parndon a
Lease of Tailferes the Cock and Jennings's farms late
in the occupation of Thomas Milward< no role > ( Except the Cocks
Alehouse and seven acres added thereto and the Coppice
added to Fagell's farm ) for a term of 11 years from Michs.
1783 (which is the unexpired term of the Lease of
Gilbert Parish< no role > 's farm called Sumners adjoining)
at a rent of £65.. P Annum clear of the Landtax
