being allowed thereout the Landtax, Window tax,
and house tax in arrear to the commencement
of his Lease.

To Josh. Ballmer.


To Mr. Joseph Ballmer< no role > a Lease of two
houses in Botolph Lane Thames Street late
in Lease to Andrew Hearsey< no role > for a term of 30
Years from Lady day 1781. at a rent of £20 Per
Annum clear of the Landtax and all other
taxes to commence from Christmas next Mr.
Ballmer expending £400 at least in repairs.
within the first two years of the term of his
Lease with the Surveyor's approbation.

To Thos. Jordan Esqr.


To Thomas Jordan< no role > Esqr . a Lease of a
house known by the sign of Jacob's Well in Tower
Royal late in Lease to him for a term of 14 Years
commencing from Christmas 1780. when such
Lease expired at a rent of £10 Per Annum
clear of the Landtax and all other taxes and
Mr. Jordan to expend £40 at least in repairs

Gratuity to the
Apothecary.


We have allowed Mr. Whitfield the Apothecary
a Gratuity of £40 for his extra services for
the Years 1779.

Property of the
Hospital in the
Public funds to
be transferrd into
the names of the
Treasr. Etc.

We have orders that the property of this
Hospital in the Public funds be transferred.
by the Representation of Mr. Bowden the late
Treasurer into the names of Mr. Jeffries the
Present Treasurer Mr. Brough and Mr.
Polhill In Trust for this Hospital which has
been since done And that upon the decease of
any one of those Gentleman another Governor
be appointed a Trustee thereof in his stead into
whose named jointly with the Survivors the
Stocks are to be transferred and so in future as
