Mr. President acquainted the Court that the
occasion of calling the same was the death of Wm.
Bowden< no role > Esqr . the late Worthy Treasurer of this
Hospital who departed this Lite on Tuesday the
27th. June last.

Whereupon a motion being made and
seconded that Edward Jeffries< no role > Esqr . one of the
Governors of this Hospital be chosen Treasurer
in the room of Mr. Bowden

Resolved unanimously.

That Edward Jeffries Esqr. be chosen
Treasurer of his Hospital and Nathaniel
Polhill< no role > Esqr . and George Brough< no role > Esqr . are
desired to acquaint him with his Election and
desire his acceptance of the office
