Mr. William Bedell< no role > who held by Lease from the
Hospital a House in Threadneedle Street having become
Insolvent We Order'd the Clerk to get Possession of the Premisses
which he accordingly did And We have granted a Lease thereof
to John Holdsworth< no role > Citizen and Joyner for 14 Years from
Midsummer 1752 at £16.. clear Rent.

Granted Mr. Saml Turner


We have Granted to Sam. Turner< no role > of Southgate a Lease
of the two fields there now held by Jeremiah Jackson< no role > for 21 Years from
Michas next at £10.. P Ann clear Rent

& Dentram in
Bucks


We have held Courts for the Manors of Langley Maf-
worth and Denham in Bucks and have taken a Particular View
of the Farme at Denham the Lease thereof being near expiring

The Farm House of Pinner Park Farm in the
County of Middlesex being very much out of Repair We order'd
our Surveyor to examine the Condition thereof And finding its
necessary to rebuild the same We have order'd it accordingly

of this Hospital


And We further Report that a Sub Committee having
been appointed to Inspect the present Rules relating to the Govern-
ment of this Hospital and to Report their Opinion as to any
that might be fit to be Altered or Repeated the following Rules as
Settled by the said Sub-Committee have been Approved of by
us, that is to Say

1 That the Steward receive no Person into the House but on Ordinary
Court Days except Accidents, or by Order of the President or Treasurer.

Infections Diseases


2 Item That no Person be receiv'd who is visited or suspected to
be visited with the Plague, Itch, Scald Head other infections
Disease, and if any such be taken in, then to be discharged as
soon as discovered

without Security


3 Item That no Person coming from the Adjacent Parts, shall be
admitted without a Certificate from a Church Warden of the Parish
where He or She then lived other Substantial Person with a
promise to receive them when discharged and in case of Death, to
take away and bury the Corps without Charge to this House except
in some extraordinary Cases to be Allowed by the Treasurer or
Governors Takes-in for the time being, And the Steward to take
Care that the Patients do provide themselves with convenient
Linen at their admittance
