who have taken a View of it and at the same time went to
Alvethly to examine the Condition of the Buildings and Sluice
on the Estate which they found in very good Repair

Buildings on the Hospital Mannors of Gerons, Katharines
and Tailfers and Cock Farme at Parndon in Essex and

Repairs in the said Buildings

two Farmes at Hastingleigh near Wye in Kent the Lea-
ses of which are near expiring

us with his Intention to grant a Lease for 21 years from Lady Day
1750 at a clear Yearly Rent of £50..- of a House in Budge
Row which is devised to this Hospital after the Death of his
Lady And setting forth that they had, out of Regard to this
Hospital laid out upward of £400..- in fitting up the
same did desire our Concurrence in granting the said Lease which
We have consented to being of Opinion that it would be very bene-
ficial to this Hospital.

Desperate Arrears

We have ordered some old Arrears of Rent
amounting to the sum of £343..12..7 which are adjudg'd des-
perate, to be struck off from the Hospital Account And to
be carryed into the Account of desperate Debts.
