Mr President acquainting the Court that
Dr Abraham Hall< no role > one of the Physicians of this
Hospital had resigned tha Office

The Court proceeded to the choice of a Physician
in the room of the said Dr Hall

Dr . Thomas Addams< no role >

And the Petitions of Dr Thomas Addams
Dr . Richard Brocklesby< no role > , Dr Thomas Milner< no role > & Dr
Robt: Pate< no role > were presented to this Court & read severally
praying to be admitted one of the Physicians of this Hospital
in the room of the said Dr Hall and being severally put in
Nomination It appeared that Dr Addams & Dr Pate had
the Majority of hands, whereupon they were put up again and
the Majority falling on Dr Addams he was declared to be
duly chosen to the said place to hold the same with the usuall
Salary thereunto belonging during the pleasure of the General
Court, and he was called in & acquainted with his Election
