Part of the Report made by the Grand
Committee to the General Court on the 7th. of April 1704 &
the Order of the said General Court confirming the same were
read

Power given to the Gd.
Commer to aller the usual
Metha of granting Leases
where the [..] in occasion


Ordered that notwithstanding the said Order
of the 7th of April 1704 the Grand Committee have Power form
time to time as they shall see Occasion to renew any Leases of
the Estates of this Hospital at any time sooner than within
three Years before the Expiration of such Leases; & also to Grant
Leases of the Estates of this Hospital for longer Terms than
21 Years The sd. Committee reporting such their Proceedings
& the Occasions thereof from time to time to this Court.

The Treasurers Accot. for the year ending
Lady day. 1738 which hath been duly Audited being presented
to this Court was approved & allowed

Subscriptions being recomended by Mr.
President towards defraying the great Charge & Expence of
this Hospital

The Gentlemen afternamed were pleased
to Subscribe the following Sums vizt.

The Clerk acquainted this Court that since the last
General Court John Peck< no role > Esqr one of the Governors of this Hospi
tal had given £50 to the said Hospital

with the four standing Auditors to Audit the Treasurers Accot for
