We have Agreed with Timothy Helmesley< no role > to grant him a
Lease of a House in Threadneedle Street held by Mr Depty . Robt. Stamper< no role >
under a Lease which will expire at Michas 1729. for a terme of 21. Years
from the expiration of the said present Lease at the Yearly rent of £20. Tax
free In Consideration of a Fine of £120. and of his Putting the said House
into Substantial repair at his own Charge.

Wm. Horne Extors of
Ralph Hyde< no role >


We have (Pursuant to an Order of the General Court held the 7th. of
June 1727.) Agreed with Thomas Thomas< no role > and William Horne< no role > the Execrs
of Ralph Hyde< no role > deceased to grant them a Lease for the benefit of the said
Mr Hydes Children) of two Houses at St. Sepulchres lately burnt down
and since rebuilt held by them under a Lease which will expire at
Lady Day 1738 (The Entry or Passage leading through the Fountain
Tavern to Snow Hill exccepted) for a terme of 10 Years & an halfe
from the expiration of the said present Lease at the Old Yearly rent of
£20. Tax free.

a Lease of the said last mentioned two Houses (the said Entry or Passage
excepted) for 39. Years and an halfe from Michas which will be in the
Year 1748. at the Old Yearly rent of £20. Tax free In Consideration of a
Fine of £70. which hath been paid accordingly.

We have Agreed with James Auselin< no role > the Younger to grant him
a Lease of the Fleece Alehouse in Thread needle Street held by
Richard Butter< no role > feild under a Lease which will expire at Michas 1729.
for a terme of 21. Years from the expiration of the said present Lease at
the Yearly rent of £15. Tax free In Consideration of a Fine of £130.
£50. whereof hath been already paid and the remaining £80. is to be
paid on delivery of the Lease and of this putting the premisses into
substantial repair at his own charge.

Grant to Wm. Stopps


We have Agreed with William Stopps< no role > to grant him a Lease of a
small Tenement and about One acre of Garden ground Scituate on
the West side of Kent Street (lately held by the Executors of George
Downes
< no role > deceased) for 21. Years from Christmas 1727. at the Old yearly
rent of £12. Tax free He is to put the premisses into Substantial
repair at his own Charge he being allowed four pounds toward
the doing thereof and he is to procure an under Lease of the
premisses from the said George Downes< no role > to himselfe and John
Midhurst
< no role > to be Surrendred.

Grant to Wm. Wood< no role >


We have Agreed with William Wood< no role > to grant him a Lease of
a House on snow Hill (latey burnt down and since rebuilt) held
by the Executors of Robert plumsted< no role > under a Lease which will
expire at Lady day 1749. for Forty Years from the expiration of
of the said present Lease at the Old Yearly rent of £10. Tax free
In Consideration of a Fine of £73.10s. which hath been paid
accordingly.

Appeal agt. Evan

The Appeal mentioned in our last Report against an Order
made by the Lord Chancellour for Dissolving the Injunction
in the Cause depending against Evan Pugh< no role > and his wife our
Tennants of the Bowling green House with the Bare Etc at
Hackney was argued before the House of Lords on the 20th.
day of March last and the said Order was reversed and another
Injunction Ordered to be granted by the said Court and an Order
of the said Court was Obtained accordingly for such Injunction
And the said Pugh and his wife being considerably in arreare
