Item That no Patient's be kept in the house after
presented out on the Court day on pain of expulsion of the Sister
that dors it

none kept a week
without Physick


Item That no Patient be kept in the house to whom Physick
or Chirurvery is not Administred within a week after admittance
on pain of expulsion of the Sister that so keep's them

Porter's duly


Item That the back gate be all wait kept shutt except on
Court day's and when provision's are brought in for the house and
that both the Gates be Shutt up from Michaelmas to our Lady day
at seven of the clock at might & from Lady day to Michaelmass
at eight of the clock at night and all the Key's of the said Gates be
carried to the Steward at those houses and that the said Gates
be open at six of the clock in Sumer and seven in Winter in
the morning.

Sexton's duly


Item That the Sexton keep the Chappell and yard's clean
and make Graves when occasion and that the Comon grave's
be six foot in Length six foot in depth and three foot in breadth
and that no corps be laid nearer then two foot to the upper
part of the Ground for which comon grave he is to be paid
eighteen pence per grave.

Officer's to Eat their
Victuals in the house


Item That every Officer lodging in the house shall eat his
and he Victuals in the house and not goe to any ale house or.
other place Ordinarily to do it

nothing brought in or
Sold in the house without
Lycence


Item That no wine Strong Ale or strong beer or brandy
or other Drinke or meat shall be sold in the house nor fetched
from abroad to be drunk neat by any poor except by License
of Phistian or Chirurgion

about cloth's


Item That the old cloths of patients dying in the house
shall be weekly or monthly disposed of by the Trear and two
Governors Takers in

Tenth bed


Item That every Tenth bed be lift empty to be Ayred
before any other be laid therein and that but one person lodge
in one bed at a time

old Sheets


Item That all old Sheets after they are past service
for beds be washed clean and delivered to the Matron by her
to be delivered to the Chirurgions for the use of the poor.

Officers not to lodge
abroad


Item That neither the Steward, Matroy, Butler, Cook, nor
Porter's, lodge out of the house without leave of the Treasurer, &
Two Governor. Takers in nor employ any Patients about any.

about Font Disease


Item That if here after any happen to be Admitted into
this house that have the Foul Disease they shall not goe out of
their ward nor come into the house to fetch any thing nor within
the Chappell nor sitt upon the Seats in the Court yards upon pain of
expulsion
