The Orders and Proceedings of the last General Court were read and approved

The Report of the Grand Committee of their Proceedings Since the last
Annual General Court held the 11th. day of July 1733 was read and is as
touch Vizt.

To the Right Worshipful the General Court of the Governors
of St. Thomas Hospital

We the Grand Committee appointed to Manage the Affairs of this
Hospital as Report our Proceedings therein Since the last
Annual General Court held the 11th. day of July 1733 to
be as follow

of the King to
[..] Security
for Gale Steward


We being informed in the life time of Mr. Samuel Gale< no role > your late Steward
the Mr. Symonds Widow and excentrix of Mr. Joshua Symonds< no role > one of your
late Surgeons who was Security to this Hospital in a bond for £500 for the
Said Mr. Gale was not willing to remain Security but desired to have the
Bond deliver'd up We immediately Order'd the said late Steward to
lay before the then next Grand Committee the name or names of one
or more Sufficient Security to be bound with him in the room of the Said
Mr. Symonds but the Said Steward died before he had Provided other Security
and we have Sent to the said Mr. Simonds to attend as the Setling the Said Steward
Accounts but She being in the Country has not yet attended.

Death of Sureties
for Officers to be
reported


We have Ordered That all the Officers or Servants of the Hospital
we give Securitys do give notice to the Treasurer or the next Grand
Committee of the death of any persons bound for them immediately
after such death Shall happen on pair of being discharged from his
or her Office.

Mr. Francis Mannooch< no role > having Purchased of Mr.
Thos. Morgan< no role > Some Houses and yards behind the Hospitallers & Stewards
houses or appartments which were Leased by the Said Mr. Morgans Guard
dians to Dr. Mayo & Mr. Joseph Hulton< no role > deceased & afterwards assigned
of the Said Premisses from this Hospital which Recovery would have
been of great prejudice to the Hospitallers and stewards houses
We caused advice to be taken of the Present Sollicitor General and
on Such advice exhibited a Bill in the Court of Chancery in order
to defend the Said Lease and Assignments And have Since Obtained
an Injunction to Stay the Proceedings on the Said Ejectments till
the hearing of the Cause in Equity.

Mr. William Cronker< no role > one of the Hospital Tenants at
Will of a House in the Old Baily at £24 P ann being become
insolvent and Obsconding we Let the said House to Edwd
Armourer at the Same rent from Michas 1733 for one
