There being a considerable Arrear due for an Annuity of £25

for the benefit of Christ Bridewell St. Bartholomews And this Hospl
and Charged with Sundry Lands & Premisses in York their We caused dis [..]
to be made for the same And a Bill there upon being Exhibited aga [..]
this Society by Beatrix Cockshod< no role > Widow on whose Goods one distress
was made We put in an Answer there to and the Darties are now treat [..]
for an accommodation.

William Hamshire< no role > wo had Agreed for a Lease of the Hospl [..]
Farm at Clay tye in Essex and afterwards agreed to Assigne the Same to
the Present Tenant Benjamin Wright< no role > refuseing to accept Such Lease
We granted a Lease thereof directly to Benj Wright< no role > on the Same Terme
as Hamshire Lease.

Parndon Taylfers Parndon Catherines Helions Bumpstead in Essex &
Hinton Netherhall Topeliffs in Cambridgeshire and Crofton in Orpings
in Kent belonging to this Hospital.

The Hospital Estate at Hinton Netherhall being fallon into
hand at Michas 1732 by the expiration of a Lease under which Sr . Willm.

< no role > held the same at his death We thought proper to have a Survey
taken of that Estate before we proceeded to set the same and Such Survey
being made We granted to William Gore< no role > Esqr . & Mrs Ann Mitchel< no role > , Widow
two of the Said Sr. Wm. Willy's Executors a Lease thereof for 21 years from
Michas 1733 at the Former Rent of £20 Pand and £700 fine they also
paying £100 for the improved rent from Michas 1732 to Michas 1733.

A Legacy of £50 being devised by the Will of one Mr. Robert
Huntington

is Claimed by the Governors of St. Bartholomews Hospital and the Considera-
-ion thereof hath been referred to the Treasurer of both Hospitals

We have agreed with Mr. John Sankey< no role > the present Tenant of the
Hospital fram at Hastingligh in Kent to Let him a Lease of that
Farme for 21 years from Michas 1704 When the present Lease will
Expire at £60 P ann clear rent & £250 fine.

Mr. John Waterman< no role > and Mr. William Waterman< no role >
Sons an Executors of Mr. William Waterman< no role > Esqr . deceased having
Signified their readeness to Surrender any of the Hospital house in
Lease to their Said late father that Shall be for the Service of this Hospl.
We have agreed with them (Subject to the Approbation of the General
Court) to Surrender the house wherein their said Father lived on
Paying them £100 and to let them have a Lease of a House and
Workshop in the Maze for a term of 24 years from Lady day 1734.
At £15 P ann clear rent and to include in Such Lease a Piece of grown
near the Said house called a Store ground or Wood yard for the Same
terme at £3 P ann clear rent and 6s. P ann [..] the and to discharge
them from a agreement formerly made by their Said Father
to lay out £200 in building on the Said ground.
