The Orders and Proceedings of the last General Court were read and
approved

The Report of the Grand Committee of their Proceedings since the
last General Court held the 22d day of July 1730 was read and is as
followeth vizt.

St Thomas's Hospital .

We the Grand Committee appointed manage the affairs of
this Hospital do report our Proceedings therein since the last
General Court held the 22d. day of July 1730 to be as follow Vizt

We have agreed with William Bott< no role > to grant him a Lease of two
front Houses in the Old Baily and four small Houses in Black and
white Court there (lately held by the Executors of Sr . Samuel Ongley< no role > )
for a terme of 21 years from Michaelmas 1730 at the Yearly rent
of twenty pounds tax free In Consideration of a Fine of £105 and
of his laying out £150. in Substantiall repairs within the first two
years to the Approbation of this Committee.

We have agreed with Margaret Smith< no role > to grant her a Lease of a
House in the occupation in the Little Old Baily and held by Bethia
G William< no role > under a Lease which will expire at Christmas 1731 for a
terme of 21. Years from the expiration of the said present Lease at
the yearly rent of £5. tax free in consideration of a fine of £70. &
of her laying out £50 in substantial repairs within the first two
years to the approbation of this Committee.

of the five front Houses for a terme of 21. years from Michas 1731.
when the present Lease to Elizabeth Terrey< no role > will expire at the Yearly
rent of £30. tax free without fine in consideration of this putting the
premisses into substantial repair at his own charge and the Governr
are to be at liberty to take down or any past of a Barbers Shop
and Cheesmongers Warehouse now parcell of the Promisses if
they think fit they making up the walls to the Jun.
