To let to Mr. Richard Lee< no role > as Tenant at Will the
house in St. Thomas's Street at present in the possession
of Robert Allen< no role > at the rent of £16. P Annum deducting
Land tax, the painting and white washing if necessary to be
done by Mr. Lee

The Revd. Mr Rhuddle Minister of St. Thomas's Parish
by a letter to the Treasurer signifying his intention of
resigning his living at Midsummer next

Resolved
That Mr. Rhuddle's resignation to accepted and
that a General Court be summoned for the choice of
a Minister of the said Parish in his room on Friday
the 4th. of July
