The Minutes of the last Grand Committee held the 16th. day of
December last were read and confirmed

Mr Harrison reported that the Surviving Trustees of the
property of the Hospital in the public funds had since the last
Committee transferred the same into the names of such
surviving Trustess and himself pursuant to the Order of
the last Committee.

Lease to Mr Wm

Agreed
To grant a Lease to Mr. William Skirrow< no role > tenant of
two houses in the Borough under a Lease granted to Sarah
Yates< no role > at £65. P Annm out of which Landtax [..] allowed which
expires at Michaelmas next a Lease thereof for a term
of 21 years from that time at a rent of £52.10. P Annm.
clear of the Land tax & all other deductions the Tenant to
expend £180. in repairs within the first two years of the term to
keep the same in repair during the terms and to insure at
£900.

To permit Mr Conrad Latiges< no role > Tenant to the Hospital
of the Church fields at Hackney held under a Lease granted to
Mr. Spackman and purchased by Mr. Lodges of his Assignment
inclose with a Wall so much of two Acres thereof as is not already [..]
inclosed and to break up such two Acres and convent them into
Garden Ground laying them down a gain in Grass three years at
least before the expiration of his Lease if required by the Hospital

To confirm the Lease ordered at a Committee of the 11th. of
Feby 1784. to Henry Lacey< no role > and that such Lease be granted to
Ann agreeable to the resolution of the Committee of that day.

At the request of Mr Thomas Evans< no role > to whom a Lease of a
House in the Borough High Street was ordered at a Committee
held the 12th. May 1784 that such Lease be granted be Robert Dolphin< no role >
