Headley keeping the Tenns in repair to the satisfaction of the
Hospital Agent and upon other the terms of his present Lease

Houses (formerly nine) in the East side of Kent Street Southworth (part

Mr Cole which expired at Christiners last) for a term of 21 Years
from that time at a rent of £100 Pr. Annum clear of the Land tax
and all other deductions the Tenant to repair to the satisfaction of
the Hospital Suveyor and to insure at £2000.

taken by Mr. Chambers the Hospital agent for the Derbyshire Estate
for the purpose of punishing such of the Tenants as have been guilty of
breaches of Covenants in improperly plowing and otherwise [..] smanaging
their Lands.

The Treasurer laid before the Committee an Agreement made
by Mr. Freeman subject to the approbation of the Committee for
granding a Lease of the farm at Eltisley in the County of Cambridges
to Mrs Elizabeth King< no role > the present Tenant there of for a Veren of 6
Years from Lady day last at a Rent of £62 Pr. Annmun clear of the
Land tax and all other taxes.
