The Minutes of the last Grand Committee held the 29th. day
of February last were read and conformed

Mr. Treasurer laid before the Committee a Letter he had
received from Mr. C [..] llenden the Clerk of this Hospital dated the
5th. Instant signifying his desire to resign his Office Which
Letter being read the Committee agreed to accept of such resignation

Surgeons death

Mr. Treasurer also informed the Committee that Mr.
Joseph Else< no role > one of the Surgeons of the Hospital had departed
this life.

That a General Court be summoned for the election of a
Clerk and Surgeon on Friday the 31st. Instant.

Mr Cruttenden's Papers

Receiver

That all Papers and Writings relating to this Hospital
in Mr Cruttendens possession be forthwith delivered to the
Receiver of the Hospital to the deposited there and that upon
such delivery a Schedule be taken thereof, and a Copy thereof be
left with Mr. Belfom (Mr Cruttenden's Partner) each to be signed
by the Receiver and Mr. Belfour.
