Ordered that Green Staffs be sent to the following

A Petition of Thos. Carey< no role > Baker to this Hospital
was read Praying that for the reasons therein
contained there may be no deduction of an Ounce
in each loaf made in the Petitioners Bill.

appointed a Comitte to Consider of the said Petition
& report their Opinion to the next Grand Committee

Grand Commitee Venis 12o. July 1728

Minutes of last Grand Committee held the 17th.
May last were read & approved.

Mr. Treasurer reported that Mr Robt. Warner< no role >
of Bishop Storford had in pursuance of the
direction of the last Grand Committee been to
View the Farme & Buildings at Hellious
Bumsted and had given Mr. Treasurer an Accot.
that they were in good Condition

This Committee being informed by the
Clerk that Nicholas More< no role > Esqr . Tennt. of Bewick
Farme is dead & his Estate to be Sold before
a Master in Chancery and it is some obstruction
to Bidders for the Estate that there are but
eight Years to come in the Lease of the said
Farme.

Ordered that the said matter be laid before
the next General Court for their Consideration
Whether liberty shall be given to renew or
enlarge the Lease if the Committee shall find
it for the service of the Hospital.

Mr. Thos. Rigg< no role > attended & proposed to take
a Lease of the House he at present holds at
Will in Pater noster Row for Seven Years at
£30. P Ann if the House be put into good repair

Mr. Trear is desired to send Workmen to View
the Condition of the said House.

Mr. John Cambden< no role > attended & proposed to take
a new Lease of the House he holds in Newgate
