Minutes of last Grant Committee read & approved.
Several of our Tennts. of Houses at St. Sepulchres
burnt down and Damaged by the late Fire and their
undertennts. attended the Comittee & pray'd for
further Termes to be added to their several Leases
but not having distinctly stated their severall
Cases The Committee recommended it to them
to come to Termes of Agreement between
themselves and to reduce their Cases into writing
and then to apply again to the Committee.

Mr. Thomas & Mr. Horne Execrs. of Ralph Hyde< no role >
our Tennt. of Three Houses in St. Sepulchres Parish
the Leases whereof expire at Michas 1728. at £6. &
£8. P Ann Propos'd for a further Terme of 21. Years
the Old Ground Rents and £125. Fine & to put the
premisses into good repair.

Mr Bott propos'd for the same Terme in the same
premisses £20. P Ann Rent Tax free & £150. Fine & to
Pay out in Substantial Repaires £100. at the least

Which Proposals were both rejected as below
the value But they are to have Notice to Attend
the next Committee.

Mr. Bott likewise Proposed for Two Houses in Little
Old Baily (the present Tennt. Eliz: Warter< no role > ) The Lease
whereof at £3. P Ann expires at Chars 1728 the Old
Ground rent & £50. Fine for a further Terme of 21. Yers.

He is to have Notice to Attend next Comittee
Mr. Usher our Tennt. at Wapping whose goods are
now Distrained and in Possession of One of our
Beadles for £39.15s. arreares of Rent desired the
Person in possession may be discharged on [..]
payment of £20. on Account

Ordered that it be left to the Treasurer to
determine in this matter as he shall think fit.

Resolved That an Appeale be forthwith
prepared to the Lords from the Lord Chancellors.
order for Dissolving the Injunction lately granted
to stay our Tennt. pugh from commiting
