Mr Smith to have lease to
grubb up 35 Pollards &
lay daw ye feild for pasture

A Sub Commee to sell the
Pollards to Mr Smith


about 35. Pollards in a Field Part of the Premisses
demised to him and to Lay down the said Field for
Pasture which was Agreed to And it was referred
to Mr. Trear Mr. Kenrick Mr. Mayo Mr Barttelot
and Mr Gee or any Two of them to sell the said
Pollards to Mr Smith at such Rates as they shall
think fit.

Ordered that it be Recommended to the
General Court to Give £10. to our Steward as a
Gratuity for his Extraordinary Service Last Year.

Ordered That a Green Staff be sent to
Mr. Robert Ferguson< no role > of Lime Street London .

Minutes of Last Grand Committee read & Approv'd
Agreed with Catharine Fewtrell< no role > our Present
Tennt. to Grant her a Lease of Three Houses in
the Old Baily London (Held by her under Three
several Leases at the several Yearly Rents of
£3. £3. & £8. all expiring at Michas 1728.) for
the Terme of 21. Years from the expiration of
the said present Leases at the Yearly Rent of
Fourteen Pounds Payable Quarterly Tax free
and she is to put the said Houses into substantial
Repaire at her Own Charge and to pay £300. Fine
within 3. Months after Sealing the Contract.

She Gave £5. 15s to the Poors Box

Yard Southwark under a Lease Granted to
John Freeman< no role > Esqr . expiring at Michas 1728 at
£24. P Ann) to take a New Lease there of Ordered
That the said Mr. Harle have proper Notice to
Attend the Committee to Treat for such Leae
thereof And it is referred to Mr. Treasurer
Mr. Lade Mr. Atkins Mr. Barttelot Mr. Malyn and
Mr Ruck or any Three of them to view the Premisses
in the mean time and to Report to the Committee
in what Condicon they find the same.
