payable Quarterly, The House & Buildings are forthwith to be
put into Tennantable Repaire at the Hospitall's Charge, and
he to keep them So, during the Terme; A Covenant is to be in
this as in the last Lease for Liberty of holding Courts in the
House, and his bearing the Charge upon Views & Courts, and
all other Covenants as in that Lease, and no more Land is
to be plowed, during this Lease, them what has usually been
ex plowed during that Lease, under a proper penalty.
