£32. Payable Quarterly at the Hospital, to Commence
from Michas next.

Robert Ablin proposes £100. P Ann Tax free And take the
Repaires on himselfe without any Allowance of Rough
Timber And to Plant 50: Willows Yearly and Preserve
all Young Trees of Oak Ash and Elme He to have
what pollards or other Stuff may be conveniently
Spared and had upon the Ground, but not without the
Consent of the Governors He is to pay the Quit Rent
Fee Farme Rent and Assessment for Flown Lands. The
Lease to be for 21: yeares from Michas next.
