Mr. Stapleton Proposed for the Houses & Ground in
Kent Street late Masons £100 Fine & £40. P Ann
And to Layout £1000. in New Building and
Repaires for a Lease of 61. Years which Proposal
was not Approved.

Agreed with Mr. Edward Stone< no role > to Grant him
a Lease or Leases for 51. Years from Michas last
of the said Houses & Ground in Kent Street
late Masons at £40. P Ann Tax Free for a Fine
of £250. to be paid at Signing the Contract
And he is to Layout £2000. in New Building
and substantial Repaires within the first
Five Years of the said Terme according to
the Proposalls now Signed by him And
Mr. Trear is Desired to Treat with him to
Collect the Arreares of Rent due to the Hospl.
at Michas last from the Tennants there upon
the best Termes he can

He Gave £2:2s: to the Poors Box

Mr. John Hubbard< no role > Proposes 25. Guineas Fine
and a Ground Rent of £8. P Ann Tax Free for
21. Years from Michas last for the four Little
Houses in Chequer Alley Southwarke late
Russells and to Put the said Houses into Good
and substantiall Repaire at his own Charge

Mr. Jonathan Barker Proposes 12. Guineas
Fine and the like Termes as are above proposed
by Mr. Hubbard for the said four Little Houses
