Farme, within 4: or 5: Miles, where he
intends to Live.

Richard Haly< no role > of Hendon , proposes for the
like Lease, £100: P Ann. Tax Free, To [..]
pay the sd Quitt Rent Free farme Rent &
Assessmt. for Flower Lands, To take All the
Repaires, upon himselfe, without Allowance
of Rough Timber, But to have such
Revts Allowed as may be conveniently
Spared & Had upon the Farme, And to
Live in the House. And to plant Trees
where propper.

The Comittee having Considered these
proposalls, and being Informed, there was
Another person. who designed to Bid for
this Farme, but could not Attend this
Day, The further Consideracon of this
Affaire, was Adjourned to the next
Comittee of which that person is to
have Notice by Mr. Townsend.

Report, abt: Bowling
Green House in Hackney.}
And Grant to Mrs.
Rickabee

Mr. Trear Reported, That the Sub Comittee
for our Hackney Estate, had taken a View
of the Greatest part of it; That they were
not yet Ready for a Generall Report, But
they thought the Condicon of the Bowling
Green House & Out houses, and of the Bare
& Green, [..] now in the possession of
the Widdow Rickabee, Deserved to be
forth will taken into Consideracon And he
then Accquainted this Comittee, That Mr.
Porter & Mr. Swaine (Two Workmen) had
Viewed the House & Out houses, and formed
then very Defective and much in Decay,
And that A Vault or Addiconll Cellar was
much Wanted, And that they Computed the
while Charge would be abt: £160: That [..]
