And thereupon It was Agreed with the said
Mr. Holder to Grant him a new Lease of the said
Demesnes from mulias last at £60. P Ann Tax free
And a fine of £200. to be paid down He also
Agreed to pay £131. for the Rent of the Premisses
from Michas 1721. (At which time his Old Lease
expired) to Michas last being Two Years clear of
Taxes and all other Demands for Repaires or
otherwise within that time.

The Governors Proposed to have a New
Survey or Admeasurement taken of the said
Lands now Lett to Mr. Holder and Mr Adder Promised when ever
they think fit so to do to give his outmost
Assistance in the Taking thereof.

Mr Holder also Agreed to Rebuild the West End
of the Great Barne within the first seven Years
of the said Terme And to Lay out the sum of
£60: in the Doing thereof.

He gave 5. Guineas to the Poors Box

A Letter from the London Workhouse about
the Estate at Ellestry in Cambridgeshire which
comes to this Hospital & the said Workhouse
after the Death of and Mrs. Mason was Read
The Substance whereof was That it was believed
by the Neighbours of Mrs. Mason That she has
been Dead for some time Past But that her Death
is Denyed and Concealed with an Intent as is
supposed for her Relations to go on in Receiving
the Rents of this Estate Whereupon it is
Referred to Mr. Trear Sr. Isaac Tillard< no role > Mr: Lovell
and Mr. Leeds or any Two of them to meet the
Treasurer of the Workhouse and such Comittee
as shall be appointed on their Parts and to give
such Orders and Directions therein as they shall
think proper.

Proposalls for the Two New Bralt Front Houses at
the Entrance into this Hospital And the Old House
adjoyning Northward late in the Possession of
