Steward. Gratuity


Ordered that it be Recommended to the next
General Court to Give the Steward a Gratuity [..]
pounds for his Extraordinary Trouble last Year
reason of the Great Increase of Patients.

Mr. Trear desired the Committee to Appoint [..]
some Person or Persons to whom he may
Transfer the £6000. in the four P Cent Annu [..]
which were purchased with the Hospll. Ca [..]
in the Year 1717. and now stand in his Nam [..]
in Trust for the Hospl. to be Continued in the [..]
Name or Names of such Person or Persons [..]
like manner In Trust for the Hospl. But the
Committee desired him to lett the said Ann [..]
remaine as they now are and requested him [..]
that notwithstanding the General Court is
Deferred and not to be Held on Lady Day-
next as he Desired and as was intended [..]
he would continue in the Management of
the Hospll: Affarirs as he had hitherto done [..]
untill a General Court shall be Held And [..]
returned him their hearty thanks for hi [..]
Great Services in the Affaires of the Hospita [..]
Since he became Treasurer And Mr. Trear
gave the Comittee his Thanks for their
great Civilities at all times to him.

Mr. Airay requested several things to be
done by the Hospl. towards fitting up the
House lately Taken by him at the Hospl. [..]

And Mr. Thawyer also requested Several
things to be done to his House Both wh [..]
Requests were Refferred to the last Sub Com [..]
to act therein as they shall Judge Prope [..]
And they are Desired to know of Mr. Dan [..]
whether the Builders have fully finished
the said Two Houses according to their
Contract with Mr. Guy.
