Drawing up, Approved.

Minutes of last Grand Comittee Read &
Approved:

In pursueance of the Reference from last
Generall Court It is Referred to Mr. Trear
Mr: Kenrick Mr. Monke Mr. Mayo & Mr. Mee
of [..] Three of them to View our Estate at Orpington in Kent, late
Kickleys & now Assigned to John Smith< no role > Esqr .
And to Treat & Agree with Mr. Smith about
the Building of a House & Barne there
which this Comittee is of Opinion will be
for the Advantage & Improvemt: of the sd
Estate, by Allowing him Money or an
Addiconall Terme, or otherwise as they
the all Judge Best, And to Report what
they Doe herein to this Comittee for their
Approbacon.

Mr. Mayo our Hospitler Accquainted the
Comittee; That He is presented to the
Rectory of St. Michaell Crooked Lane London
Where He is to Preach on Sunday Mornings,
And will Continue to preach in the Hospll:
Chappell in the Afternoons as Usuall
And Assured the Comittee, That his Accepting
this Rectory shall not be any Hindrance to
