And a proposall from Mr: Forster for the
same House, and to the same Effect, was
also Read.

But this Comittee not Approving either
of these proposalls, It was Referid to Mr:
Trear to Treat & Agree for the Letting of
the sd House for the sd Terme, at such yearly
Rent as he can gelt for the same, but not
lesse then Twelve pounds Tax Free.

Mr: Henry Forster< no role > should have a Lease of an Old
House late Woolams near Sr. George's Church in
Southwark at £12. P Ann Tax Free for 21. years from
midsomer last He is to Lay out £100. in Necessary
Repaires within a year Which Agreemt. was Approved
by this Committee And Ordered to be performed.

vacate the Contract

only Two Thirds of the Old Fine And then Offered £200 Fine
which he understood was the sum that had been proposed
by Mr. Thomas Hand< no role > One of the Undertennants of the sd.
Farme And the Old Rent of £21.11s.4d. P Ann And
being asked what time he proposed to pay the Fine in
He said He could not Sett any particular time And being
Told That if the Committee should come to any Agreemt.
with Him the Fine under be presently paid He thereupon
Declined any further Freely for the sd. Lease and wholly
Waves the same
