Minutes of last Grand Comittee Read and
approved.

Mr: Trear accquainted this Comittee That the
Sub Comittee had Discours'd with Mr: Amy, abt:
the House belonging to him (late the Beacon &
now the Legg.) and the House belonging to Mr:
Loyd late in Mr: Balains Possession, both lyeing
neare the Hospll: Gate; and had Considered the
Dimensions & Values of the sd Houses; And the
Mr: Amy proposed to Assigne over his Lease
wherein will be 16: yeares to come at Lady
day next, to the Use of the Hospll: He being
Secured the Yearly Rent of £40: free from
Taxes, during the Terme now to come in the
Lease of the sd Lloyds House, which will be Ten
Yeares & 3: quarters at Lady day. next, And
that from thence he should have a Lease of
that House for such time as will make up
the sd Terme to One & Thirty Years, And
proposed to pay in Money what shall appeare
to be the difference in Value.

Which being considered The Comittee is of
Opinion, That they ought not to Treat for
Granting a New Lease of the sd Lloyds House
till that Terme is within 3: yeares of Expiring

And the sd Mr: Amy being present at this
Comittee, was acquainted with the sd Resolucon,
and was desired to Lett the Comittee Know upon
what Rent he would permitt the Hospll: to have
