his House for the Remainder of his Lease
The Governor : being willing to become his
Tennts: at a Reasonable Rent, But he
Refused to Treat with them upon that Foot
and insisted to Treat only by way of
Exchange of his House, for the sd other
House now belonging to Mr: Loyd, he giving
an Equivalent for the Difference in Value.

Mr. Trear Reported from the Sub Comittee
appointed to Consider of the Governors. Charge
and the Orders of the House. That they had
prepared the Forme of a Charge to be given
to every Governr: at his First Admission,
which was now Clead & Approved by this
Comittee. And that they had perused
& Amended the Abstract of the Orders of
this House relating to the Officers & Poor, And
the same as to Amended was now Read
and with some Amendments, Approved &
Agreed to.

And it is Ordered that the sd Charge
& Abstract of Orders be Reported to the
Generall Court for their Approbacon in
order to have the same Printed.

Ordered that it be Referred to Mr: Trear
& the Rest of the Gentlemen of the Sub Comittee abt: Mr. Che [..] s House
to View the Matters complained of by Mr.
Jordan our Tennt: of Houses neare St: Georges
Church . & Report their Opinion.
